The Property

Located in the hills above Nice, in a secure gated community, this luxurious villa is the perfect place for a family vacation, for up to 10 persons. With 4-5 bedrooms, kitchen, HD home theater, large garden, private pool and spa, terraces, and everything you will need for a pleasant stay.
Nice and Around
The villa is a mere 10 minutes drive to the city center or the old town of Nice (Vieux Nice) and its famous flower market, with excellent restaurants and exciting nightlife. Access to the “Voie Rapide” is just down the hill and it is fast and easy to access the whole region.

Nice Carnival
Feb - March
We love it! The main winter event on the Riviera is one of the largest carnivals in the world. Each year, whenever we are in Nice at the end of February or the beginning of March, we really enjoy the Nice Carnival.
Cours Saleya
Flower Market
The Cours Saleya is located at the entrance of the Old City. It is known for the flower market that takes place there, but we often go there as well for its general market to buy fresh food, particularly organic vegetables.
Lawn Tennis Club
Clay Court
If you or your kids play tennis, you’ve got to play at our club, the “Nice Lawn Tennis Club”. The club exists since 1890 and features 18 courts, 13 of which are clay courts. Find out how gentle clay is for your knees. Weekly membership is available!
